At Gem AU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase; if you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and use the provided return label or a tracked shipping service to send the parcel back to us.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
